Hello,
I opened a Savings Account in ICICI Bank BTM branch with account number
[protected] on November 3 2009.But till date(06/12/2009) my account is not activate.I met the branch operational manager for the same on 27/12/2009.She told that due to failure in verification call the account has been not activated.But i didnt get any call for verification.If any thing failure in verification why cant they inform me through mail.Even on 27/12/2009 during my visit to bank i given a closure form with my details.Till date they didnt close the account or atleast activate the account.I called so many times to customer care regarding this issue,they told that my issue is resolved in branch only but in branch they are not helping me at all.Could any of you suggest me how to procceed in this situation..
