My Name is manish vyas and i am having serious complain against Credit card Dept of Jaipur Staff, as On 3/2/2010 i went to meet Mr .Sandeep nagpal and his associate Kapil Pareek (SM), as i am having trouble in account settlement as the out standing amount in my Card -[protected] was 44976 and according to advise of mr kapil pareek i made a payment through cheque of Rs 43176 as Kapil pareek assure me reversal of Rs 1800 to me & so i did .But after that neither i had received any receipt of that payment nor got any reversal, I made payment in the month of Nov-09 and in Month of dec i received mail that i am having out standing of Rs 3500 including taxes which was showing that i didn't received any reversal.
For the inquiry I went to meet kapil Pareek but as usual he made a casual approach and again assure me reversal, when i said to speak to customer care he refused, after that incidence he neglected me in office and if made any call he never picked that, for the complain i went to mr sandeep nagpal to whom he reports, In front of him he Abuses me and started shouting on me i was mentally shocked, even mr Nagpal did'nt say any thing to him and finnally i had to come Empty handed in shocked position,
Kindly help me to resolve problem.
