Dear Team,
This is to bring to your notice that Two Fraud transactions have been done using my ICICI Credit Card for which I have raised dispute and details are below:

1. 25-Oct-09: Rs. 18,826 - Eazee Go1 Travel - SR#[protected]
2. 26-Oct-09: Rs. 26,998 - Eazee Go1 Travel - SR#[protected]

I was promised that an Investigation Officer will be assigned to my case and within 10 days will contact me and will share the investigation details as per progress. It was also told that it takes max of 90 days to close the case and at the end a detailed investgation report will be shared with me.
Unfortunately, no one from ICICI Bank Authority has approached me so far and the case has been closed in bank's favor asking me to pay this heavy amount. I don't even know who is looking into the case from Bank and neither Customer Care can answer that no anyone from bank offices I have gone to.
This is completely unprofessional behavior due to which I am suffering and being harassed.

I have approached the vendor through which this transaction was done and they are not ready to share any details about the transaction and will only tell Bank Authority.
When I reach ot to ICICI Customer Care, they are not of any help and keep transferring my calls to various departments and people and I have to wait for hours on calls to get any response which also is of "NO ASSISITANCE".

I am not able to understand Why these transaction keeps on getting Debited and Credited on my account?

I would request to roll-back these trasaction on my card and share the complete details of the investigation like who has done these transactions and on whose name these online ticket booking was done. I would like to bring those culprits to justice.

I have completely lost trust in ICICI Bank and feel very bad that such kind of "UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR" can be there from one of the most prestigiou bank of the country.

Am not sure i[censored] were in continous touch with the ICICI Bank customer care or not over emails. Customer care service over the ph. is like bull and they know nothing and of no help at all. This is you who has to pay all the fraud transactions so you have to take appropriate steps. Mark email to the customer care services mentioning how the fraud being delt on ur card and ask for re-registring the complaint.At the sametime mark that copy of email to all their grevience email addresses and copy of the same to the Banking Ombudsman.Get FIR copy ready and scaned copy sent in advance.Keep regular followups with the bank. Such frauds are very common on ICICI cards as they never gurantee security and non-disclosure of customer's informations. Keep everything documented along with the names, designations & ph. numbers of the Bank professionals you intract with. If you are resident of Delhi can visit head office of ICICI Bank at Videocon towers. No need to worry about the recovery agents. Get another complaint registerd with Police that you have life threat from Bank's recovery agencies who cannot abuse or any how force you to pay money as per the law by High Court. This is the miss at the bank's end and they have to get this resolved with you. Going into media is the option always availbale to you as the last resort.

On 06/09/2014 a person from mobile number +91 [protected] and +91 [protected], said he is calling from ICICI bank saying that my ICICI card lapse rewards point will be replaced with gift and I will get credit limit increase up to Rs. 66000/- He also said that gift send by you will be adjusted against my lapse reward points. which is already lapsed 1 year before . He had all my card detail's and also he asked some card details from me . After that he just asked for my 3 digit code, which I was not agreed to tell him . But he told me that it is required for OTP which he used for only adjustment against lapse rewards point . Immediately after that my card debited the amount &one SMS has came on my cell " Tranx of INR Rs.7750/- using credit Card 4XXX3002 is made at amshopping -TPSL on 06-Sep-14" which was a fraud transaction
I request you to please revert the transaction and stop the dispatching the gift which i am not got till date, I have not done any shopping transaction with you but shown monthly statement received recently.     Dear Sir
    I had taken house loan of Rs 13.86 lakhs from ICICI Bank Indore branch in Jun 2005 vide account no LBIND [protected]. The monthly installment for the aforesaid loan was always paid in time. Since I am in Indian Air Force, after one year i.e in Sep 2006 My Group Insurance Society sanctioned a loan of similar amount at 7.0 % interest rate. I decided to foreclose my remaining loan with ICICI bank but they charged me a foreclosure fee of Rs 61452/ vide their reciept no. CL[protected] dated 09 Sep 2006 ( Scanned Copy is Enclosed for your ready reference). I have taken up with their customer grievances at couple of times but their is no response. Now the honourable Supreme Court has also ruled that the charging of Foreclosure fee on loan amounts to practicing monopolies hence the bank should immediately return the money with interest. In my case particulary the violation is more severe as I transfered my loan to the Insuance Society run by my Employer and not to their Competitieve Bank.

    The Bank will charge any aount if it is mentioned in the Sanction Letter. It is absurd, Unless RBI come down heavily with Cap on such Charges, the fleecing charges will continue. It seems that the RBI is presumed to be the sleeping tiger.

      Hi,
      I was working with Converges India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for nearly 4 years. Every month my pf amount EPF NO=HR/GGN/2520/423536 was deducted from my salary amount. Due to my ill health I had to quit my company. I was hospitalized and then I was diagnosed that, my kidney has to be transplanted immediately. If its delayed I have to suffer serious health set back. This may even cost my life if it’s delayed too long. I am from a middle class family. I have whole burden of my family on my shoulder. The only earnings I had was my PF amount. I applied for my PF amount withdrawal and gave my ICICI bank ac no:[protected] to transfer the amount. I had previously taken personal loan from ICICI bank LPBNG-[protected]. I always paid all my EMI's on time without any delay. However From the time I left my job at converges I didn't pay my EMI's. But it was only for few months. In between I spoke to ICICI executives to give me some time to get a job and I would start to pay my EMI's just like before. In the mean time my PF amount of rs.72927was debited to my ICICI account without any prior notice to me. Neither did ICICI bank didn't inform me about the amount being debited from my PF office. Now ICICI bank has debited the whole PF amount of rs.72927 towards my personal loan. I applied for PF amount to meet the need of my hospital expenses. I want this money to save not only my life but also other three lives that’s depended on me. Please help me to get this amount back. I will start to pay my EMI's just like before. Now I need this money for my surgery purpose. Please sir, help me to get this amount. I am dieing each minute by minute. I applied for my PF for my health reasons not to buy any luxuries. I am begging you sir please help me....Please at least on humanitarian grounds please debit back this amount to my ac. I am joining my hand and pleading you to help me. This is my hard earned money. I got this health problem because I worked for night shifts. Please just once put yourself in my place and just think about my situation. I am lodging this complaint with high hope. I am expecting for a positive response from your end. If needed I can submit the doctors report and other bill charges towards my surgery. Please Help Me. Help Me. Help Me. Waiting for your response.

        Dear sir,

        I had taken personal loan against icici credit card([protected]) before 3.5years.i have paid 22 emi out of 24 and 2 emi was due to because of bank fault.i have also salary account[protected] in icici bank at mava parisar branch ,indoe(m.p).On 15 jan.2010 bank has debit 3561/- from my account without my permission and any information. According to bank now total due amount in my credit card is 15477.Can bank do this according to RBI policy? What should i do right now? I want to settle my credit card account but bank wants 9500/- that is more.plz tell me about RBI policy in this matter? CAN BANK DO THIS OR NOT?

          Of late its getting quite impossible to talk to any of the phone banking executives of this bank. Try using the customer care by calling ICICI BANK CUSTOMER CARE. The loads of confusing options described by the automated answering machine ensures that you exceed the maximum number of tries and call being disconnected.

          I recently changed my phone and hence had to de-activate the application for mobile banking in my older phone so that another application could be installed in the new phone.. The only way to do this was to talk to the phone banking executive. I wonder if they exist anymore. If at all any of the bank officials bother to check this complaint, Please mail me and let me know how do i talk to your people. In case of the mobile banking application, going to the bank is useless as they are not entitled to enable this facility!!

          ur 110% right i'm customer of this bank since 9 yrs but way of dealing of this bank changed for last 4 yrs in banks there excs doesnt no how to talk i had very bad exp 2 yes b4 in govind nagar branch kanpur, one of lady with thick glasses; i think she was branch manager very badly behaved with me. i would ve slapped but she was lady so i ve only scolded.
          and now a days im facing same problem iwant internet banking and same way every where i routed to 24 hr automated call centre and again so many confusing response i ve waisted lot of money on phone in no of trials. now i ve decided to change my bank this is the last solution.

            i had posted the above complaint, the customer service team contacted me and were able to understand and resolve the issue which no other person from the bank(of the level of branch manager) could provide a solution. I sincerely thank the customer service team for the effort they put in which brought back my faith in the system of icici bank.

              when i puchase some goods in dubai, and make payment from my ICICI Bank Credit card No. is [protected] , when i swep my card the transaction was withheld due to security reason of Bank. when i contacted to customer care there was no response, and i am surprise to know that there is no toll free number available for contracting customer care. and for that reason i had paid around 3000 INR for calling the customer care, & Still till date i couldnot get any positive responce after my contact to customer care in dubai.

                    I Vijay Pransh Tripathi S/o shri Ramashankar Tripathi residing BM 35 Housing Board Colony, Pithampur , Distt –Dhar (MP) hereby inform to you that I have purchased a Bike Make- Bajaj CT 100 Reg. No. MP09MB3845 from pithampur on finance from ICICI Bank (Malav Parisar, A.B. Road, Indore) in February 2006. My Loan account No. was LTPHM [protected]. At the time of finance I have issued 5 cheques of Centurion Bank, Pithampur on demand of ICICI Bank for ECS. I have informed that the installments of Rs. 1081/- shall be debited each month from your account to ICICI Bank automatically, whereas not any single month the instilment has been withdrawn from my account from ICICI Bank. In every month I have to pay the installments through cash payment on the demand of Bank. In a month the Bank agent has not given me the receipt and again I had to pay the additional installmet. In this regard I had sent the memo to ICICI Bank through my advocate dated 13.10.2007 and remind to deduct my installments through my bank account. But not any action taken by bank. I also want to say that I have always sufficient amount in my bank account. Finally I have totally paid the all loan amount to ICICI Bank by January 2009. But I have to say with very sorrow that the Bank is not returning my original documents. I have visited many times in their head office of ICICI Bank (Malav Parisar, A.B. Road, Indore) and met their officers. They are demanding additional amount. I don’t know that why they are demanding the additional amount.

                    Sir I am poor person and in frustration. I have lose my lot of money as conveyance to met the bank officials and wasted my times and duty from my private company from last one year. You are requested to do the needful action against Bank. I have all documents that will bi produced on demanding.

                      Hi,
                      My name is Aswin Kini M.K. I own an ICICI Credit Card. I have been using the card for the past two years and have paid my dues very well in advance. I have always used the card only when the purchase amount exceeded 10k and converted my purchases into EMIs.

                      Recently, I used the ICICI Credit card to pay 18500 rs for my bike. I had done a similar transaction earlier last year and successfully paid for it in EMIs. But this year, when I called ICICI, They informed me that they do not provide the option anymore. They never informed this earlier and now claim that it is only value add. I can't pay the entire amount now.

                      EMI option was like a boon to me. But now without it, this card is useless. I would request some help regarding this.

                        Hello,
                        I have a housing loan with ICICI since last 3 years. I have made part prepayment twice so far, the latest one on Jan 9th. They said there are no prepayment charges (which was agreed while taking the loan itself) but when I asked about when will this get reflected in my account, they said it will be only effective from March 1st !!. They say this is because my EMI cycle is 1st of every month (it is dedcuted auto debit on 1st of every month from my account) etc., which I really did not understand...

                        The fact is that, I am losing out on about 50 days of interest on the part prepayment that I made !! because the part prepayment cheque is already cleared from my a/c and till March 1st the bank will be simply holding that money and earning interest on this.

                        I feel that bank is just playing around with the clauses to earn money. When I took the loan I was told there are no prepayment charges but they have took an alternate path to charge for this.

                        I believe thousands of customers are cheated (in a official way !! ) like this as normally these things can not be noticed by a ordinary customer who may not be so good in accounting.

                            1. Hospital certificate from last attempt (Nagpur wockadth Hospital) Form AI
                            2. Family /doctor certificate Form AH
                            3. Certificate from Employer Form AJ
                            4. Madical records for last 5 year.
                            5. Madical records- Birla hospital satna mp, Jabalpur Hospital, Jabalpur, Wockardh, Nagpur.
                            6. Copy of FIR
                            7. etc.

                            All above documnets submmited to ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD. RUSSEL CHOWK, JABALPUR AND ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD., KANDIVALI, MUMBAI. in the month of Nov.'2009 with respect to your reminder on dated 10.09.2009, but till date i got no responce and no any NOC latter from your side.

                            From Jun'09 to till date it is more time for solving the matter.

                            I request to you please clear the case and return my registry on urgent basis.

                              This is further to your letter dated 5th Dec’2009 (Ref No. : CONCC/44840/1493/[protected]) I had a word to the official Mr. Anish Gupta at contact no [protected] for my payment part.
                              Sir I would like to inform you that I made a cash payment of Rs. 2560/- to your executive who came to my residence on 14th Sep’2009.
                              Till the time writing this letter that amount has not been credited in my account, in this regard I have given a complaint in customer care department, the first request number for the same is RS[protected] received on 27th Sep’09 ,they suggest me to go & meet your officials at ICICI BANK LIMITED, PLOT NO 7, COMMUNITY CENTER, S.D.TOWER,SECTOR -8, NEW DELHI-110085.
                              I went there personally & meet your executive on counter number 5. She has taken the photocopy of that cash receipt which your executive gave me while he came to collect the payment.
                              She promised me that the same will be resolved in few days, but today after 2 months I am struggling for the same.
                              After having a word with Mr. Anish Gupta, I came to know that the executive who came to collect the payment he was not the authentic person & he has provided me the false receipt so in this case Mr. Anish informed me & assured me that the same will be resolved very soon, but till ow nothing has happened.
                              I would like to ask a very simple question that if your collection department is calling any costumer regarding payment part & arranging someone to get the cash payment than how this important information can go to some other peoples who are not at all authentic & authorized.
                              This way it clearly shows that someone from your bank only is passing through the information which is not a good & safe for customers & bank as well.
                              ICICI Bank is a very reputed bank & if this way information will be going out than no one would like to have relationship with the bank.
                              I have received this card (for which I am writing) in March’2004 with a very low limit, but due to my good & clean track the current limit has been enhanced more than 3 times.
                              So this is not a matter for non payments & all as your bank has sent me the letter for conciliation.
                              In this regards I had a word in your Mumbai office also on 9th October’09 & spoke to Mr. Soumen & he has given me a fax number[protected] saying, please fax that receipt so that we can take further action, after faxing the same again after 5 days I spoke to Mr. Anand Sagar in Mumbai office on 15th Oct’09 he again provide me the same fax number saying fax it again, that also I did, but no result.
                              I have been harassed by your staff simply without any fault of mine.
                              May I request you to please look into the matter & resolve this issue at your earliest?
                              It will be a great help for me as you can easily understand that from 1th Sep’2009 till 19th Jan’2010 is not at all the short time, it already 4 months.
                              Looking forward for some positive response.

                              Actually ICICI BANK in unable to controll the operations of the bank, they really don't have any controll that is only reason the important data related to payment of any coustmor is going out & fraud peoples are taking advantage of it & making money.

                              Bank should understand that beacuse of faith only we are depositing our hard earned money with them & they are takingcare o[censored]s this way, which is very strange, still senior staff members are sleeping & enjoying thier job.

                                I have opened my account last 4 months. My account no is[protected]. I am staying in hyderabad. I have againts the icicibank why they cut the balance of my account without any information. The charges is 1 08/01/2010 QABChgs,oct-dec09+ST77 DR INR 827.00. I will request the consumer court to give me ny balance as early as possible otherwise i will withdraw my money and i cannot give the charge of the bank.
                                I hope u will solve my query as soon as possible.
                                Dear Sir,
                                I am having Senior Citizen ordinary SB A/c in ICICI Bank, Besant Nagar Branch, Chennai-600090. My A/c No is[protected]. When I checked my SB A/c status with the branch on 25.1.2012, they informed me that it is silver Account and I have to maintain minimum balance of Rs 25000/- for avoiding penalty. This was a shock to me since I had never asked for any Silver A/c. The branch pesonnel are telling me that computer will automatically update the satus based on previous balance history.This is atrocious since I may be levied penaly at any time for lack of sufficient balance since I am operating it only as ordinary SB A/c all the time. I have now applied for change of status without any assurance for protection of my interest.
                                Public are cautioned in their dealings with ICICI Bank.

                                    I work in an ITes company and I have a demat account with ICICI direct. Initially i took this with the intention of investing some money in stocks, they took 1000/ rupees and I got the demat account.
                                    Then I started trading, but before I started to understand the basics my account got locked.
                                    I have been asking them to send the password to my office in Richmond circle, from the past 2 months and still I am yet to receive. I have informed them that i am staying in a PG, as such requested them to send the password to my office address. There is no response from them. This is heights of lethargy and putting the customer into hardships and lot of inconvenience.

                                      Sir,

                                      I have two ICICI credit cards with nos.5176XXXXXXXX0008 & 4477XXXXXXXX0008. The second is an EMI card. Based on the statements for the above two cards for December `09, i had made a payment for minimum amount due of Rs.1300/- & Rs.1000/- respectively totalling Rs.2300/- vide a single cheque bearing no.320627 drawn on Comptrollers Office Co-Op Bank, Bangalore-560002. Both the card numbers and the amount of payment made against each cards were clearly mentioned in my cheque. But the whole amount of Rs.2300/- against my cheque has been adjusted towards my card no.5176XXXXXXXX0008 and thus the minumum amount of Rs.1000/- due against my card no.4477XXXXXXXX0008 has been treated as payment not received. This is a clear mistake on the part of the Bank and i have been penalised for no fault of mine. The above points were clearly explained by me about three times when i got a call from your Customer Service but they failed to make amends, to be specific i was turned a deaf ear. Like rubbing salt over the wound, I have been charged a late payment fee of Rs.350/- plus service tax of Rs.36.05 and your Customer Service people keep calling repeatedly. The whole thing is because of the clerical error on the part of the Bank. Now, i have made a payment of Rs.2000/- against the EMI Card vide my cheque no.331084 drawn on the same Bank mentioned earlier and it is dropped in your ATM situated at New BEL Road, Bangalore-560054. Based on the facts mentioned above i request that the late fee of Rs.350/- and service tax of Rs.36.05 be immediately reversed and please advise your Customer Service to kindly listen to what the Customer is pleading and set right the things instead of always centric about reminding the Customer for non-receipt of payment. Please be informed that i have been making payment by clubbing amounts against two cards to Citi Bank also and never i have faced such problems. Hope the late fee and service tax will be immediately reversed.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is with regards to payment of my credit card which has not been credited to my account. I had made the payment on August 15 and the cheque was cleared from my bank on the 20th of August. I have been chasing the customer care department of ICICI since then, but still they refuse to acknowledge that they have recieved the payment and have pressed late and interest charges on the same. Repeated reminders to them have yeileded no meaningful response.

                                        My ICICI Bank Credit card has been permanently disabled. It is informed to me by the customercare on 7.2.2011. I couldnot do any transactions with my card.
