SO, YOU ARE REQUESTED KINDLY INFORM ME WHO IS THE PERSON OR COMPANY WHO UNTHORISEDLY USED MY CREDIT CARD.

    I requested for mobile number update and it got reflected in the website. when i sent sms requesting URN to add a payee it says "URN cannot be sent as it is cooling period". WTF.

    I have the same complaint. I have registered my mobile number and it is being reflected on the website but when I try to add a payee and confirm the payee by sending an SMS requesting the URN i get the error message "URN cannot be sent as it is cooling period".

      I have taken home loan of 32 lacs @7.25% interest rate in 2005. In last 5 years there has been tremendous fluctuation in the interest rate. Given the pattern of changes, it is obvious that MY interest has NOT been taken care of and the effort by ICICI is to squeeze maximum. Also, the changes are NOT with respect to RBI norms as i got it checked with other banks. In 5 years, i have paid back more than 10.5 lacs and my principal remains at the same level with about 60 thousand less. This is definitely not acceptable. NO Bank on the planet does this. I have checked with multiple renowned banks in India. I have obviously been cheated as whatever i pay goes 90-95% to interest to feed ICICI and 5-7% to my principal.

      I met one hopeless branch manager at JP Nagar, Bangalore branch, Who happened to be useless to answer my queries and despite promise did not even bother to call back.

      As a Customer of a Bank who claims to be "Customer First" and other rosy slogans for Indian Citizens...May I request the authorities in ICICI bank to answer and work upon the following:

      1. Why un-productive and un-responsive people have been deployed to deal with Customers

      2. Why ICICI bank does not follow the RBI guidelines. If ICICI think they do, please compare my account interest month-wise and put FRR and PLR aside, you will come to know that you have not followed RBI guidelines in my case.

      3. Who can correct the interest and principal component revision in my account since beginning and let me know what is the outstanding today. This division is definitely not consistent.

      4. What compensation ICICI will provide for having done the inflated calculations and customer-squeezing EMI calculations.

      I am waiting for the response from a responsible manager of ICICI bank.

      Their motto is not "customer first", but "customers' money first". I am also a victim of cheating by ICICI home loans. They don't follow banking ethics !

        sir/madam,
        i am shujaat m khan working in icici bank in savings and deposits (RLG department) for last 4 and more years. in i-solution then upgraded in i-bank contractual employ dated 20th nov. 2006.
        i leave my job on aug. 2009 and give my resignation to my sales manager and he updates the same and i have given the p.f. from to the sales manager also but still i am waiting for my full and final statement ??
        i am working in m.p. nagar branch in Bhopal (m.p.)(branch code 0055).
        my employ code is 507236 you may see my salary slip shows that how i am performing in the year of 2009, in this u may find feb. salary slip i was clear 100% incentive.
        but now i am gating problem to get my pf and full and final statement besides i nead my reliving latter also so plz tel me the mail add of the reliving office plz and the contact no of the person
        i want to tell u that i have contact so many peoples to guide me but still not gating any reply i am feeling v bad to facing this problem tho i have give my best to this bank

            I have been issued ICICI Titanium Card: XXXX XXXXXX X2009 in 2008. Nobody else has access to the card.
            I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet.Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number,
            and expiry date etc.
            On 29/12/2009 there has been 2 transactions made to the Merchant Name "Yahoo!Voice By Jahjah" and another transaction on 04/01/2010 to the same Merchant
            "Yahoo!Voice By Jahjah"

            Transaction 1: 679.68 on 01/04/2010 Ref no.35505510009030079902104 Merchant Name: YAHOO! VOICE BY JAJAH
            Transaction 2: 1728.02 on 29/12/2009 Ref no.75505510003080387016669 Merchant Name: YAHOO! VOICE BY JAJAH
            Transaction 3: 1721.27 on 29/12/2009 Ref no.75505510003080387016289 Merchant Name: YAHOO! VOICE BY JAJAH

            I got no SMS for the transactions.

            None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.

            I called up the call center as soon as I realized foul play and blocked the card and was asked by the customer care representative to send a fax with the dispute information. I have already sent the fax to the number provided by the customer care rep which is [protected].

            Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

            Expecting to hear from the ICICI Credit Card team at the earliest with a resolution.

            Hi!

            I can tell you the response you get from the bank after a month, which will say that the transactions are genuine and you need to pay for it. Let me clear one thing to you, CVV number is not required for the online transactions, big loophole in ICICI process.

            Well in that case would they charge the interest for that transaction or what as this amount will not be paid till i get any confirmation from them that you got to pay the amount and all.

              Sir,
              I have taken Home loan from ICICI Housing Finance. Desided rates were floating rate of interest as per RBI norms. But after taking loan bank is charging atleast 1% to 2% extra every month over and above of their current rate of interest what they offer to their customers. It seems after getting loan we have no option except to pay. No law of land on them because the orgination is multinational. Please save me as well as other lakhs of customers from their hands.

                I am using a ICICI bank credit card No. [protected] since last 5 years. As per my latest statement, it is shown that 102 points are transferred to i-mint. On further inquiry from customer care, it was told that the all old rewards points which were given through icici are now transferred to i-mint account (A/c No. [protected] as informed by by customer care rep on 07 Jan). This is absolute shock and without any prior intimation. I am not at all aware of this new reward point systems, their benefits and also not issued with the card yet. Is ICICI not responsible to its customer to provide details on this issue? please clarify and instruct ICICI to issue a i-mint card with full details on points transferred and earned fresh till date and their redemption procedures.

                I am using a ICICI bank credit card No. [protected] since last 5 years. As per my latest massage on my mobile is shown that 649 points on 4February 2011in i-mint account. But till i'm have not the i-mint card.Hence i request you to issue me the above card in my address by post only.

                I experienced problem to have my imint card for last for 3 years since 2009 as other imint members. I've been trying to get the card for almost last three year now and still no reply. Both ICICI Bank and I-mint are useless, careless companies. I guess I'm going to quit all this nonsense and shift to another bank account too. Their customer care services are really the most horrible. Because Whenever itred to contact them That too is not contacted, in the mean I was awarded IMINTpoints of more than 3560 I really am disappointed of the pathetic services in the reward points section.

                  I have a ICICI bank Credit card from last 2 years. Before six month there was a dummy transaction
                  problem and I was continuously in contact with bank. This problem was solved. After that I have submmited a cheque for the payment before 3 days of the dew date. But the cheque was not clear and they applied panelty on my credit card balance. So I refuesed to bank for extra money. I have not paid the bills until bank deduct the panelty. But after 2 months they blocked my Bank A/C and without my permission they take my money.
                  I need your help.

                    As per above mentioned home loan’s sanctioned issued by icici bank Ltd dtd 5th -2-2007 loan amount sanctioned is Rs7,89,000/- rate of interest 9.50%. Each EMI amount Rs8,239. But without my application or request icici bank automatically taken their own decision and increased loan amount to Rs 8,33,436 rate of interest 12.25% and EMI 10.138 while I received loan amount Rs 7,89,000/-
                    Regarding the above mentioned detail I complain many times to home loan kalyan branch of icici bank Ltd. But they didn’t response, I meet nita verma personally I request to rectify problems.But she also didn’t solve the issue then I make a written complain at icici bank Ltd’s home loan branch at kalyan on[protected]. Even though I didn’t get any reply or phone call from icici bank then I personally issued a written notice to icici bank that if problem is not rectified I will stop payment. But no one was agree to receive that letter, at last it was received by security on duty.
                    In between I open a account at icici bank M.I.D.C dombivali branch for E.C.S of above home loans EMI which was closed by me due to misguided by icici bank employee (At the time of account opening I was instructed that only EMI i.e. Rs 10,138 had to be cleared strictly from this account but afterward when I cross check minimum balance condition officials of branch told me that I have to maintain minimum Rs 10,000 balance daily so I closed the account). But till today no arrangement is made by icici bank officials for ECS.
                    As collection manager of Icici bank(J.B. nagar, andheri) Mr.ashok shinde contacted me I discuss above mentioned matter he promised me that he will rectify all problems on or before 12/13 dec 2009 he request me to pay only one EMI i.e.10,318. As per discussion I payed one EMI of Rs10,138 on 28/11/09 by cheque no 115975. But after that he never contacts me.
                    Sir, I request you to rectify my problems strictly as per sanction letter.

                      Hi Sir(s),

                      I am really disappointed to inform you that I have received threats of physically abuse from your chennai office.

                      I will give you a background:
                      I had a credit card (Card#[protected])which I took in 2004-05.That card got lost and I reported this while I was in Bangalore.I paid the outstanding of Rs.700/- reported the card lost in 2005. Please note that I had a ICICI Prudentials Mutual Fund with you since 2005 at the same time that I got the card.

                      Since I was using the credit card for teh first time I did not know that I need to keep the required documents and reference numbers. Hence I do not have any evidence to back this up and I can understand in case you do not believe that I did this.

                      From 2005 to 2009 there was no one from ICICI contacting me for any outstanding payments on my credit card account. Again please note that the details were still available with ICICI with my PRUDENTIAL account with you and if I had to do any kind of fraud then I would have closed the mutual fund account with you as well. But I had no such intentions.

                      Since I closed the credit card I did not feel that it is neccessary for me to provide the details when I moved from Bangalore to Kolkata.

                      After 4 years I got a call from one Mr Kishna Kishore <krishna.[protected]@icicibank.com> in October'09 stating that I had an outstanding balance on the account. I am sure that you would agree that an anonymous call after 4-5 years you would make you feel that it is not authentic. Hence I asked him to send me the statement. This was first sent to me via a GMAIL account. This put me further into a feeling that this is not authentic information. I got a call post the email from him and I asked him to send me the details from an ICICI email account. He said that they do not have an ICICI account to send the email. Then he finally sent the email from an ICICI account which had further increased by doubt on the authenticity. I still spoke to him and told that I am ready to pay the amount without interest as I did not have any clue about the outstanding amount and ICICI never contacted me about the amount inspite of having my details in the form of my ICICI PRUDENTIAL account.

                      He told me to keep my money with myself and then disconnected the line. After 4 months I got a call from one RAKESH from Chennai office telling me to pay the amount in 1 hour and if I did not do that then he warned me of dire circumstances. My husband then tried to speak to him and told him that we need sometime as we are in office and there are some urgent meetings lined up for the day. He said that we are ready to pay the amount without the interest and other charges as we were never intimated that there were outstanding charges. He said that if I did not do that than his men would come and pick me up and my husband would not be able to do anything. When my husband tried to pacify him he said that wait for tomorrow and see what he can do.
                      I mentioned earlier and I am mentioning once again that I am ready to pay the amount without interest if you want to threaten and take the money then the law an police in this country is alive and so is the media. I am marking a copy to Kolkata police and would register a complaint if I did not receive a reply from you by Friday (Jan-15-10) for my protection.

                      I belive that you are senior members in the company and would take necessary action.

                        Hello,

                        I have a saving account and a credit card of ICICI Bank. They have blocked my saving account due to non payment... my outstanding is 22000/-. Then I pay 2000/- to credit card executive... They had opened my account for 5 days and blocked again..

                        Now they are telling that whole outstanding amount will be deducted from my saving account. The credit card executive had assured me for settlement but now they are doing this..

                        What can I do, Please suggest... my whole salary is blocked.. and I doesn't a rupee... I am a family guy... Please help..

                        ICICI / Personal loan — Saving Account blocked.

                        I have ICICI personal loan, from last 2 years I am paying my EMI on time, my EMI date is 5th of every month, but last two months my EMI went on 7th & 10th, as insufficient balance on 5th, so they charge RS:- 450 as late fee, i was ok, but before one week they block my saving account by Rs:- 4600, and my account went in nebative balance of -3500 and because of that my CC payment didn't wentand I am charge total of RS:- 1100, now what should I do as they took payment on and also they block my account and i have pay all the charges.

                          lost my credit card in Jan 2009... even after repeated requests for a new credit card, the credit card depatment only called me for collection of the outstanding amount. They did not give me a new credit card. In June they asked me to settle the balance by paying 2 installments of 12, 000 each. The first installment was made right then, but I paid the second installment in 3-4 smaller installements. But the whole amount was paid. Now, they have further deducted 29, 000 from my ICICI bank account for outstanding payment without informing me. Isn't this unfair? They will be recovering Rs. 56, 000 for the long pending outstanding payment of Rs. 28, 000 (approx.)... only.
                          My home loans cheques have bounced because of this. Could you please suggest what is the best route to take to get them to stop this unfair practice? Please help!

They did not give me a new credit card. In June they asked me to settle the balance by paying 2 installments of 12, 000 each. The first installment was made right then, but I paid the second installment in 3-4 smaller installements. But the whole amount was paid. Now, they are further deducting 29, 000 from my ICICI bank account for outstanding payment. Isn't this unfair? They will be recovering Rs. 56, 000 for the long pending outstanding payment of Rs. 28, 000 (approx.)... only.
                            My home loans cheques have bounced because of this. Could you please suggest what is the best route to take to get them to stop this unfair practice? Please help!

                              This is to inform you that i did a bill payment to Runah saloon but transaction was showing card declined still the amount was debited for Rs 13,750/ from my account-.I have also registered complaint on phone banking. I have already given request to ICICI phone banking but they have informed that they are unable to reserve the Visa POS transaction of Rs.13,750/- as it been approved and claimed by Visa.
                              I have confirmed with Runah Saloon they have also not received the money.

                                I, Adarsh Kumar (ICICI Demat Ac/ No.[protected], trading A/C No.-[protected] , would like to complain against ICICI customer care executive. During telephonic conversation on 24/12/2009 at 01:47 pm by my mobile- [protected] Mrs. Tasleem had given me the wrong information regarding the Mahindra Finance Fix deposit that it comes under sec-80 C and I’ll be getting the tax benefit for the same. She has pursued me for FD with wrong information and I made the FD (Transaction- EBA//[protected], ORDER NO[protected] of Rs. 10000/- on believing her words. But later on I learnt that FD does not come under sec-80C. So I don’t want to continue that FD. When i complained in customer care he didn't lodged the complain. So kindly give me the suggestion

                                  Dear Madam/ Sir
                                  I am grateful to the ICICI bank and your Customer Service officer,Shardha Arka at customer.[protected]@icicibank.com for prompt reply of my query regarding my car loan account LAHDI[protected]. I ,however do not agree with statement attached here and the overdue charges of Rs3399/= as indicated there in. I am sending a scan copy of my Bank pass book to you which clearly indicate when the post dated cheques have been received and actually cleared /paid.
                                  I have already paid over due/ late payment charges of Rs 229/ and cheque bounce charges of Rs221/-while making payment in cash to yours Mohan Singh vide receipt No IL[protected]/dated[protected] Rs5034/- in total(Scan copy attached).
                                  Post dated cheques have not been received in my bank account for payment as per Amortization schedule given and attached herewith therefore last two installments were also paid in cash vide receipt no CL[protected]/ dated[protected] Rs 9028/- as per letter from your Haldwani branch. The personnel from your bank promised that nothing is due now towards you in this case . Therefore over due charges are not due to my mistake but due to non receipt of the post dated cheques in due dates . Which is the mistake of ICICI bank.

                                    I wanted to get information about my account. I made call to ICICI customer care 3 time they told my you have to wait for 5-6 minute on phone to talk our guys. I waited 10-12 minute but they haven't picked my phone. I spent more then 40 rs but I was not able to talk with their customer supporter.

                                      i want to register a complaint against icici bank credit card division because in july month i got hospitalise thats why i was not able to continew my regular payment track,
                                      after that bank put that king of charges which one have i had never hear before,
                                      when i talk to concern person of icici then he ask me to gave some time to solve this matter but he did nt call me 2 months after that i see my new statement that was more than my fist one , so company is regularly putting charges i want to solve this matter by paying genun payment .
