Card Swiped twice

On 18th of June, 2009 I bought fuel of Rs 1000 from ANAND FILLING STATION, New Delhi using my ICICI credit card. But my credit card bill showed an amount of 1000 and another amount of 520 from the same petrol pump on the same day.

It seems that the petrol pump staff swiped my card twice, once for the right amount (Rs 1000) and other for a wrong amount (Rs. 520). I have signed the slip of Rs. 1000 and never signed for Rs 520....

FRAUD COLLECTION AGENCY

I had a credit card ( [protected]) which I stopped using 4-5 months back. No reasons. We have shifted from our address which was initially registered with you. I haD personally dropped 2 Letters at the ICICI Bank Sahibabad Branch, Kaushambhi, mentioning our New Mailing Address. I have left my job also. The statement used to be mailed to me at my official mailing address. This was also communicated in the letter that I left at the branch....

No cash delivered stating link failure but account debited

I used my SBI atm 622XXXXXXXXXX454(AC.No [protected]) card to withdraw Rs1000/- from ICICI ATM at Bowenpally, Hyderabad ATM ID S1AN0854 on 30/11/2009 but the cash was not delivered because of link failure also printed slip was not recieved. A hand written note was pasted stating "transaction slip not available" on the ATM machine.

Later on from my SBI ATM mini statement i came to know that Rs 1000/- was debited....

I have been complaining for more than half a year that I have not been replied properly.
1) Bifurcation of total payment made by me for prepayment of loan is not provided. Pl provide the amount & @ what rate viz. service tax, educational cess etc.
2)Original sale deed is not been returned
3)4 Nos. of PDCs not returned despite of written intimation...

LOAN ON UNREGISTERED DOCUMENTS

Matter of Fact

ICICI Bank has Given Home loans on unregistered documents to fraudulent people on our 15 FLATS.

Mortgage one property twice by ICICI BANK. (Means Not maintaining Mortgage register).

Despite of having known this fact, Bank has not taking action against culprits since last six months.

Knowingly above fact , Bank Sold these fraudulent loans to ARCIL.

I am continoulsy receiving calls from ICICI Home Loan (Recovery Agency). All my current EMI are going on time, two EMI for Mar'08 and Jun'08 are pending as per bank record informed by employee of recovery agency. See the way Aviva and ICICI Bank and playing with the customers money. One sells the policy by mis-informing the customer and other authrise the transaction. Aviva fraudlently despite giving more than a month notice produces the bill to ICICI and they also authrised it even when I told ICICI Bank to not authrising the transaction (twice).

I Visited ICICI bank. Aundh, Pune to place request to enable the payee alerts on my cell phone. I was told by back executive the it will take 2 working days to get this enables. Since the request was not closed in 2 working days I visited the branch again on 3rd day. I was told on 3rd day that it will take another day. Since it the request was not fulfilled on 3rd day I registered a complaint using ICICI customer care call center.

Prepaid Recharge

Hi,

I paid Rs.100 to recharge for a reliance prepaid (CDMA) number [protected] through ICICI net banking on 21st November 2009.

There is no recharge until now. I called the customer care twice.....according to them the money should be credited to my account within 3 to 4 days if the recharge is not done. This is 27th November & still no money credited back.

Regarding NOC

I have taken a loan from ICICI bank i pay my regular installment in time,now i complete my loan in time & now they asking me for extra payment for late payment of installment they are not issue NOC. they have direct debit charge CFO charges without any intimation & they force me to pay compulsory otherwise they are not issue NOC.

It is a sheer harassment.

Activation of account

It's so poor to hear from ICICI Direct helpdesk that their system can't print "/" (say 9/45 ) in the customer's address.
Stupid representative who couldn't speak proper english came to my house and collected all the documents with Rs.975 cheque to open the ICICI Direct account.Cheque cleared but i didnt receive my trading password yet.

People learn from their mistakes but ICICI Direct never...
