B Venkatesh from card blocking department is very inefficient & careless about the customers. Just asked him to connect/give me the NRI department customer number which made me wait for 8 minutes. Finally he couldn't provide a proper solution. He refused to connect to his manager. Looks like ICICI employees are damn scared to transfer the call to their managers. This shows how inefficient & non-transparent ICICI bank management is, all leading to customer's suffering. Already there are over a thousand complaints against them. I am wondering if anyone in the whole chain of ICICI management is ever concerned about their customer's queires. I don't think you guys will ever improve. Was this information helpful? |
