I am receiving frequently now a days SMS on my mobile stating that I have to pay the credit card dues to ICICI bank and also the payment has been received like that.

For your kind information I am not at all having any account or credit card facility
from you (ICICI Bank) till date.

I kindly request you to arrange to not to send such wrong informations on my mobile
which I have procured recently from aircel.

Hope you understand my position and arrange to solve this problem soon.

I am receiving calls from [protected] saying they are from icici bank talking about my credit card "redeeming points" also asked me to confirm my cvv number.
While on call i got this message as a text message on my phone:

035589 is otp for txn of inr 6003.00 at paynimo ec on icici banbk credit card xx7016.Otps are secret .Do not disclose it to anyone.Bank never asks for otp.

But the agent on call was insisting i give him otp.

I disconnected the call and blocked the number.

Is this a genuine call????

I am also receiving text messages regarding credit card payment no. xx9002 of mr. ravi bhattarai to whom I do know who is he?

Why i am receiving all those messages. please resolve
