[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — very bad service and no proper response

i'm DR afaq mohamed siddiqui writing to say that i was delighted few years ago on hearing that icici bank opened in UK and also demat services .so i opend an account in 2005 dec ,but since than my saga o[censored]nhappiness with your service continued and i'm really reluctant to advice any one to go for it and very unhappy the way you trap people with good adds

let me put this way,i oped demat account with your bank as dated above its an NRE account literally i opened both non pins and pins account .but with your services i have been given only a pin account .later i applied again in june 2006 and after waiting for almost few month the barnch at manchester says that my non pin nre account is opened but it was just on paper not on my online services .during this time i had number of emails written to you but of no help . laer in 2007 dec i personally visited to bangalore and sorted it out . now i realize i cannot allocate fund to my non pin account from my pins account and vice versa .And more that i bought few companies shares a month ago and they been exexuted i dont see them in my demat allocation but can see them in trade book so i cant sell them due to this i;m incurring losess and whose responsible for all these ,do reply

spoken to online telephonic banking services .not much helpful other than providing this email id /during all these period i have incurred few thosand pound loses than gaining from your services

On 01may08, my friend Aarvi Arrutchander made a cash Rs 5000 deposited in jamnagar branch but erronouesly it deposited in [protected] (ATM Card) instead of my savings account no[protected]. The staff at the counter who was reckless while depositing the money even didnt check the whether the name and account number matched. After depositing the money my friend proceeded on leave to Tamil Nadu. He comes to know the money didnt receive by me after three days. Then he visit to nearest ICICI branch in Arcut city Tamil nadu. and then contact the customer care even though the money didnt reversed to my account. The branch demanded for the deposit slips counter foil which was the only proof and assured to be forwarded to the jamnagar branch on 26 may 08. but still no action has been taken now when i visited the jamnagar branch the agaiun demanded for the counter foil and they are spoken to us very casually. They accept the money has been received in 01 may 08 but they donot take any step to solve the problem. They again said to follow the same procedure on 20 Jun 08. Iam very much depressed towards this kind of casual attiude. nowadays iam very much in requiirement of money so make the process quikly.
The worst service you can ever receive in your life.Without even any information, they start deducting and blocking your savings account, and when you call the customer care for enquiry, they behave in a very bad manner, and this happens right from the start and all the way to the entire department, i do not know about other banks, but trust me, NEVER GO FOR ANY SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK!!!
