[Resolved] ICICI Bank — NOT CLOSE ECS | |
I have a saving account in icici bank, a/c no.[protected], sadar branch, delhi-110007. i have request to bank to stop my ECS of Rs-14, 356/- on dated 03/04/2008 two days before ECS(05/04/2008) and the excutive of said bank branch has assured me to stop your ECS, . but i surprised when i check my account on day of ECS(05/04/2008).in my account Rs-14, 356 is deducted.i have receiving of my request application.KINDLY STOP MY ECS AND ALSO RETURN MY ECS AMOUNT. my complaint is regarding the ecs scheme.my acct is with icici bank, bandra kurla complex, mumbai.i have an complain that ater my acct closing with icici they have charged me of cheque bounce in my mobile bill.this is the 3 time i face this problem plz solve my query.

i have also faced ECS not stopped problem with ICICI bank. i have an account in Gurgaon branch. i too have a copy of the acceptance letter for my application to stop ECS, but even then it wasnot stopped. then i again communicated with Account Manager to stop it.
