[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Dishonouring a cheque despite the credit in account

On 27/12/2010, my cheque No 400713 for Rs 180000 was dishonored and Rs 386 deducted for insufficient funds from my SB acct No[protected]. This is despite the fact the same day FD closure amount of Rs 181387 was credited in my acct. I lodged a service request No SR[protected] on 23/06/2011 as well as spoke to Customer care Mr Raju. No satisfactory reply has been given nor the illegal deduction of Rs 386 credited back despite repeated contact / emails to the bank.
