[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Re imbursement of curtail amount

Sir,
I have a saving account in ICICI since 2002 and my account number is[protected]. I have deposited Rs-15000/=on 24.06.2008.but next I received a message that bank had curtailed Rs-2749/=due to non maintenance of my account. I was out of station due to some personal problem about one year.Bank never given me any information that I have to penalty if I not maintained the account. I given a letter to branch manager and requesting him to re-imburse my amount because this was happen first time and promise him that it would never be repeated.They propmise me about re-imbursement of curtailed amount but after spending two months problem stiil exist.

I was harrsed Repeatdly & was threatned to kill me if i dont pay one EMI, I Filed a Police complaint & hve written 4 lettrs to ICICI head office about threatning but no response from last 3 mnths .I hve lost hopes on the Cops who are not taking any action .

I am the customer of icici bank from past 2 years and my account num[protected]madhapur branch, hyd)on 11-02-13 i have debited 300/- money in kalyar nagar cross roads atm.but i got the 2 messages like (1)you have debited 5000/- and (2) you have debited 300/-.
.i didnt atleast given a try for 5000/-, so i called customer care and they instructed me to block the atm and they did it and also he told that we will call you again and you file a police complaint and send that by email/fax which we are going to give you.i waiting but i didint not got any call from customer car.so again i called them for filing a complaint and after 3 days i got message like ..you transation is succesfull and could not able to revert your money.
sir, please consider this as a complaint and please please do the needfull to me.
