[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Car Loan — EMI debidet twice in same month, not refunded even after one month

I am having a car loan account number LAALD[protected] in ICICI Bank for which the ECS is being debited on 10th day of every month from my account number[protected] in ICICI Bank. During Jan 2010 the ECS returned due to my salary coming late, for which ICICI Bank Car Loan department raised a conversation and got collected a cheque number 483389 for Rs 4873 from me, the denomination being as follows ( ECS amount Rs. 4648 and ECS Bouncing Charges Rs.275), and issued me a receipt for the same. Later in the month the aforesaid cheque was presented in the account and cleared, and alongwith this the ECS for Jan-10 was re debited into my account, thus debiting a total amount of Rs.9521/ in place of Rs.4873. As an impact of this negligence from Bank's side my cheque for Life Insurance Premium got bounced and the policy got lapsed. Moreover, when the issue was highlighted to the Bank's concerned department I was assured that the amount that has been debited by mistake will be credited to my account in next 48 hours, but now today even after more than 20 days of the previous conversation the wrongly debited amount has not been credited back into my account.
Due to negligence of the bank I had a loss of reputation, problems in reinstating my lapsed policy, and also interest loss on the amount not refunded to me by the bank in a reasonable time span.

ICICI Bank — ECS debiting twice a month

This mail is in reference to the complaint that i Nipun Malhotra has a personal loan with ICICI Bank with Loan Account Number # (LPDEL[protected] ). Since January bank is trying to debit ECS twice a month first on 5th of each and every month and the second on 23rd without any prior information given to me,, because of which i have been charged bouncing charges from last three months . I had a word with customer services team of ICICI bank in the month of Feb and had a dispute that the EMI pending is since Dec 07 and why i am beinmg informed in Feb 2010 about the outstanding amount of Rs 1500 . I had mark a complaint with the customer services team and personally had a word with ICICI bank manager Kaushambi Branch in Ghaziabad he had assure me that i can pay the outstanding amount of Rs 1500 in the first week of April 2010.
I am really sorry to say that because of ICICI bank i am being charged bouncing charges of Rs 600 for three months ,, so kindly request you to waive off the bouncing chages and credit the same amount back to my bank account..
Kindly request you to do the needful ASAP otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.. Waiting for positive reply. Thanking you in anticipation.
