ICICI Bank — NOC for auto loan not yet received

I have completed my auto loan in December 2010, but still did not get teh No Objection Certificate. Everytime I contact ICICI Bank, they say they have dispatched it but I have not yet received. Apparently, the courier guy mention that teh delivery coudl not be given as the addresse has shifted his residence. Wherein in reality my familiy is staying there for 40 years now.

I have never missed a EMI and this is what a treatment I am getting from ICICI Bank

My name is Reena Kabra, I had applied for Car Loan Rs. 2, 65, 000.00 from ICICI Bank, in the month of feb'05. My Loan number LAPUN[protected]. Tenor month 36. Proper Repayment was done through ECS Payment. I have been informed that as soon as my EMI will over it will give me NOC certificate.

But sorry to say till long time after many corrospondance i haven't get any kind of assiatant from them. on one good day in the year 2011 i have received the NOC by post of dated[protected]. I am holding an account in ICICI bank branch Shivaji Nagar, Pune. My account number is[protected]. From that date I have complained to the branch for issuing the fresh NOC so that i can transfer my vehicle to the gentleman to whom i have already sold my vehicle on[protected].

Till date i have not received the NOC from the Bank. First the bank insisted me to come personally to the bank, this is not possible to me each and every time, I have given my Authority letter to one of my friend, But after many rounds to the branch till today we have not received the NOC.

Please help me in this matter and also let me know to whom should i contact to get my work done at the earliest.

This is in reference to the Hypothecation marked for my Chevrolet Spark-LS car RC # MH 12 EG 1673 in the name of Anuj Saxena residing in Pune.

I have hitherto neither applied nor availed any auto loan against the aforementioned vehicle (MH 12 EG 1673).

It had been a mistake on the part of either the RTO (Pune) or the dealer (Talera Motors- Chevrolet) in Pune, then situated (during purchase) at Dhole Patil Road, Pune. This dealer has shut down the Chevrolet dealership about 3-4 years back.

At this moment the while I am attempting to sell the vehicle, to get the erroneous hypothecation entry correct by RTO Pune they have demanded a NOC from ICICI Bank LTD.

Request you to kindly review your records and provide me the NOC certificate.

Hello ICICI Support Team,

I had availed Vehicle Loan No: LABNG[protected] from 2007 Mar - 2012 Mar and closed, further to the closure I had not received my NOC for my vehicle, had contacted ICICI service for the NOC, I was told that it was despatched but I have not recievied yet, its been 2 years now, when will I get the NOC, a sloppy service from ICICI ?

Please arrange for my NOC.

I have foreclosed my car Loan more than 20 days back by visiting the Aundh Branch of ICICI bank in Pune .
There was still an ECS debit from my account which was later refunded.
I have still not received my NOC and when I contacted customer care to check if they can expedite the process and send me a copy, they informed me that it would take another 5-7 days or I may have to pay Rs.500/- at the branch and get a copy of the NOC myself.
The guy i spoke to initially was literally reading the verbiage out of some paper and did not even bother to what I was telling him.
