[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Change of Mobile Number

ear Sir/madam,

I have an account in ICICI bank debit card & credit card, I want to update my new mobile number though online but I cannot find the link for Change of Mobile number in 'View/Change Contact details' section. I can only see 'Update Email Id' section. Please provide a link so that I can change my mobile number online.

Hi,

I am shifted to Korea and my contact number is deactivated due to non-usage. I am unable to use my money due to OTP and there is no option to update contact no by using online banking for ICICI bank.

Please help.

I own ICICI account for past 2.5 Yrs with decent genuine transactions throughout these years. My registered mobile number is +91-[protected] (Idea Network).
I am unable to update my mobile number in Online.
ATM machine doesn't accepts my new number +91-[protected] (Airtel Network).
I face network issues in Idea network and hence during transaction time, I have to suffer a lot for OTP.
Kindly do the needful in updating my new mobile number.
Immediate support would be much appreciated.

Im honestly pissed off because of such bad services...firstly agent linked wrong number with my multicurrency forex card...and i want to activate my replacement card ...which i cant do because neither i live in india nor i can contact customer care...and when i email them it takes 2 days to reply...the worst thing is my card got disabled...i thought after 24 hours it will be okay but no nothing works for me ...please help im already tired of contacting 100 times...

I dont have option to change my mobile number online...and i have instant multicurrency card so i couldnt use i app i guess...
