ICICI Bank — complaint against qab charges

Sir,
My name is Dev Kumar, having 3 in one account no.[protected]. At the time of opening of new account I was told to maintained average of Rs. 5,000/- and I always maintained it till date. On checking the statement it is found that the following amount deducted from my account without any prior information.

26/7/11 QAB charges April to June-2011 Rs. 827.00
19/10/11 QAB charges July to sept.-2011 Rs. 827.00
28/01/12 CHGS charge till Dec. 2011 Rs. 496.35
• Total 2977.35
It is requested that please look into the matter personally arrange to remit above amount in my account no.[protected] at the earliest.
