I am not satisfied with the reply dt.12/10/2011 by your customer care centre.
This is in reference to my request no.[protected] and[protected] and the reply through e-mail, by your customer care centre.
Clear proof of the Bank Statement has been already sent twice through FAX.
Bank Logo will not appear in the statement, insisting of such unpracticable direction is unjustfied.
So once again I strongly insist you to refund of the amount through D.D. at the earliest.
