ICICI Bank Credit Card — Very Bad Customer care service. The guy on call scolded me for nothing | |
ICICI Bank Credit Card Dept. charged me EMI money although I've cancelled the same. When I talked to the Customer Care guy on call, he told me to get lost. The language was so harsh that I could n't believe that this is a bank which has been providing service to so many people in India. I want to acknowledge this to people all over India. This is the height of harassment. I would like the process to let the senior management know about the incident. I'ld never like to have any relation with ICICI after this incident. Always remember, in such cases, try to memorise the time of the call so that they can go back to call recordings. I had similar experience. I was calling from US for my ICICI credit call related matter last year. That guy asked my mother's maiden name and after that I hear him talking bad words about my mother's name with his colleague when I was put up on hold. I immediately asked for clarification, he just tried to avoid me and was acting very smart. After that, I immediately called customer care once again and told that I want to talk to floor supervisor. I explained him the issue and told that I would want to revisit the call recordings. Also sent an email to ICICI COO and Nodal Officer. The last thing what I heard from them is they sacked that guy for misconduct. I dont know whether they really sacked him or not but atleast I made sure that my point is heard by the senior management and they taught a very good lesson to that guy.
