Cancelation of my Credit Card.
I have losed several verbal complaints against my credit card No. [protected] ( Big Bazar icici bank visa credit card ) on telephone in the month of Nov 2008 and march 2009.
So, now i want to cancel my card immidiately otherwise i will go to consumer court.
Your staff sunanda Channai Branch has talk very rough language i.e. i am only authority to talk on this matter, i am only authority to resolve the matter, no body will entertain to you, i am super boss to deal like this matter.
So, kindly explain it our credit card is to be cacelled or not, because our card is already been expired in the month of Nov 2008 as per card validity and i am not used after this. Kindly give details of purchasing with name, price and date for your credited amount after Nov 2008.
You are force me, to go with court or publish in news papers etc.This is 2nd reminder to you. Please note that.
