[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — personal loan | |
sir, i m using credit card of icici bank from last 3 yrs bank has approved personal loan of rs 125000 in month of july against my credit card i received the above cheque after receiving of the cheque i made a request for cancelation of loan through internet banking mail very next date i received a call from customer care that u want to cancel the loan but i told them that i continue that loan and received mail from customer care that we resolve ur problem i start depositing emi regaulary but after one month im checking my loan account i see that icici bank has cancel my loan and told me to pay full and final amount i talk to customer care many time that i dosnt send any kind of request for forcloser of my loan but they are saying that u made a request there is no written proof of my request . i have many mails from customer care that we are process ur request sir i m in very tension so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible thanking you regards jagmohan singh bedi Was this information helpful? | |

I dont know whether ur people are working or not. how this nonsense happen again and again. i lost my patience by ur peoples poor performance.
This time iam not going to pay any thing . Your representative has to come directly explain me. other wise iam not going to pay anything.
The amount charged Rs 4249.91 as EMI principal. I dont known how it is charged.please explain me
