[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — charged late fees | |
Dear Sir, I hold a icici bank credit card from the month of january i did not receive the credit card statement i use to get call from the recovery agent that i have to do the payment and i did the payment as soon as i received the call. it happened in the month of feb too hence i told the person who called that i am not receiving the statement i did the payment for feb also same was repeated in the month of march then i asked the person calling that i want the statement else i wont do the payment the person said that he has the delivery acknowledgement of the statements received by me i asked him to send the copy of same and i received the them but the acknlgments are not from any one from my family i have mailed icici bank for refund of the charges as the courier they have used is responsible for this and not me as i have earlier regularly paid my cc bills icici bank has refused to refund the charges and i have been charged for no fault of mine. i expect the refund of charges to my cc from january. regards - prasad Was this information helpful? | |
