ICICI Bank / Credit Card — Getting Wrong Commitments for my Credit Card Upgradation
I lost My Credit Card on 29th November [protected] ICICI HPCL Gold Credit Card. I called up customer care , and I was informed by executive that my card is blocked and will get upgraded Titanum card free of cost in 7 working day, I didn't received any card till 11th December, Again I called on 12th December and i was socked that customer care executive has not taken any request for upgradation of card, that perticular executive took my request and again was assured that i am eligible for Titanium card, Letter on I got call that I am not eligible for upgraded credit card and was asked for to pay Rs. 100 for replacement of card.I am really disappointed with the kind of service provided by ICICI Bank

ICICI Credit cards — settlement of dues
I have settled all the dues of ICICI credit cards despite being settled the dues they have put my name on defaulters list kindly do remove the same from the list a copy of settlement letter is enclosedCredit Card — settlement dues
My credit card no is [protected]. I am retired person. Due to heavy loan burden I had opted for prematured retirement. I have gone for settlement with HSBC for for my credit card dues for Rs52829(Rs fifty two thousand eight hundred twenty nine only). I have paid Rs 52825( Rs fifty two thousand eight hundred twenty five only ) as per terms of settlement within stipulated time period.But due to some calculation error there was a difference of Rs 4.30( Rs four and paise thirty only)
Rs 52829.30- Rs 52825= Rs 4.30.
After paying my last instalment in Dec 2009. there was no information from HSBC that I have paid short Rs 4.30. In Jan 2010 They have started issueing me letters to pay entire amount. On informing them that I have settled the account . They asked me for copy of the letter., which I provided them by mail.On reciving that copy they have told me that I have paid short and now I have to pay entire amount. I ahve repeatedly requested them to consider my case on humanity ground . I will pay RS 4.30 WITH INTEREST and penalty theiron. but they are asking me for another settlement. please help me. Ima retired person and living with Rs 3000 per month which I receive from POST office monthly income scheme.Please take up this matter seriously.My family is in deep trouble with this problem,

ICICI Bank / Credit Card — Default CIBIL Report
Dear Sir /Madom,Myself Parasharam.Choukulkar had taken a Credit Card of ICICI Bank in Year 2007.After 2 months I received one call from ICICI Credit Card Department & they told me that my Card had a special offer for Health Insurance.So I had taken health Insurance on Credit Card.The period for Insurance was 2 Years & the amount was Rs 7400 ,but I was not aware how to pay the Installments i.e.On credit Card or at the Health Insurance Department.Because of this my outstanding on Credit Card was increased & I was not aware about that.After six months I received a call from Credit Card Department saying that my outstanding was increased.Immediately I paid Rs11000 on card & closed the card as well as Health Insurance Policy.After that I cancelled the Card.Because of this My Name is Reflected in CIBIL report & now I am not getting the loan from any Bank.Presently there are no dues in my Credit Card ,so please help me & remove my name from CIBIL report as early as possible.

ICICI Bank / Credit Card — NON RECEIPT OF STATEMENTS
May 2009 did not received statement. Paid late fees Rs 400/- in june09 for no faulty of mine. July 09 fortunately rece.statemant. Blunder in the statement. Rs758/-(Ratna's Wine Gate) was charged twice. Lodged complaint. Spoke to Ramesh on 02/07/09. Comp. No.[protected]. Since i was busy & Outstation simply paid the bill on 10/08/09 when due date was 03/08/09. No response of the complaint. Sept09 no statement. Again charged late fees 400/-. Oct09 no statement.Approached ICICI BANK, MLR at (SREENIVAS HOTEL Br.) They said statement delivered one Mr.Ganesh.Sorry i have no one by that name in my office. Nov09 also no statement.Spoke to customer care exe. Mr.Manohar & later one Ms. Soumaya, she said she was based in Hyderabad & do not know where Manngalore is? Shocking! Also spoke to manager Ms.Sultana, she said statement delivered to one Keerti.Sorry once again no one by that name here.Simply paid once again late fees of Rs400/-. Dec09 no statement.Collected from the Bank. Do not know what is happening. Absolutely disgusted & want to with draw my card & close all A/c with ur bank. Pls refund all the late fees charged to me & let me knw the final amt. i have to pay before i close my association with ur bank forever. waiting for ur earliest rep.MY CREDIT CARD NO. IS [protected].
