MY NAME IS ROSHAN AND I HAVE APPLIED FOR AN ICICI CREDIT CARD .AND I GOT A CALL FROM THE BANK AND THEY ASKED ME ABOUT MY TELEPHONE BILL AND CELL PHONE BILL.AND THEN I GAVE MY TELPHONE BILLS CA NUMBER.AFTER AN HOURS TIME I RECEVIED A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE STATING YOU NEXT BILL WILL BE DR FROM CREDIT CARD..I WAS SHOKED ..ON THE CALL I ASKED THE REPRESENTATIVE WHETER ANY MONEY WILL BE DUDUCTED FROM MY CARD OR SOMETHING BUT HE WAS LIKE NO I AM JUST TAKING THIS FOR PROOF AND ALL ..WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ICICI ... I have credit card no[protected], for which I am a defaulter always for not paying BILL ON TIME as a result i have to bear with the unnecessary harrasement and all because i dont get my bills on time and just some SMS time and again on my mobile...........................
Please treat this complaint on priority and CANCEL THE CARD-telling me the full and final payment to be maid against the card.
