ICICI Bank Credit Card — harrassment from credir card company

the company has made a technical error in the bill in the month of january and they just slapped the amount two months later. now they have been harrassing me with threatening alls. if that was not enough they sent an agent to my house promising settlement with Rs. 12000. but then he disappeared without giving me any settlement letter.the company still keeps calling and harrassing me and they are also adding interest every month and refusing to accept their mistakes.please help
