[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — REWARD POINTS & IMINT
When I checked my 10th April 2008 Credit Card Bill I was shocked to see balance reward points being shown as redeemed and nil. When enquired with customer care was told that there is something called imint where those points were transferred. Firstly bank is unilateral in taking some steps and that too without keeping customers informed about the changes. Later on I really started calling both IMINT & ICICI customercare to get solution for this problem created by bank for us. After several attempts I was given imint card number and was told that was delivered. When gone into details imint claimed a receiving person's name not in my family and neither a distant relative at all. At last what I could get was just a Service Request No. on 5th May'08. As on date 3 times I called imint. So far no card is received by me to utilise those reward points earned by me.
This is an example of how a No.1 institution can get complacent and overconfident to neglect their customers. Leave alone giving service bank has disturbed my routine work, made me spend money on phone calls, time, energy for no avail.
IS THIS A DECLINE FOR ICICI BANK AFTER HAVING ATTAINED NO. 1 POSITION ?
