ICICI Bank — Wrong claim on credit card balance
My wife is getting frequent SMS in her mobile that she has to pay balance amount of Rs41426/ for credit card balance before certain date.To our surprise neither myself and my wife do not have any credit cards.Though the matter was taken up with nearby ICICI bank , still it is not resolved and continue get such messages.
Bank of such stature do not indulge such mal practices and harrase common people.We shall take up the issue to consumer redresal forum for claiming of possible damages

Credit Card — Wrong claim
I am receiving mails on my above e-mail address from your bank for outstanding amount of Rs 98754.76 against credit card.I would like to make it clear that I have never applied for any credit card nor I am in possession of such card, so how there can be any outstanding amount in my name.Due to this, I am very much upset.You are requested to check your records and correct the same and withdraw this false claim immediately, otherwise, I will be left with no other alternative but to take legal action against your bank & I keep the right to claim compansation for this mental harrassment.
