[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Getting Vulgar Phone calls and threatening Ph calls

icici bank / insurance — vulgar calls

i had received a call from the agents of icici bank from[protected].
when i confronted the person, asking whether he had referred to the national dnc registery, he started abusing me.
calling me agaiin and again.
this is serious and ha to be controlled and such people should be thrown behind bars.

Hi,

I am a customer for ICICI bank for last few years.
I am having credit cards [protected](Gold) .
This is really harassing, by getting vulgar phone calls and threatening calls from your phone banking persons for deposit my bills.
It's really unexpected from such a great bank.


And suddenly your phone banking officer called many times in a day in my office no. & my personnel no. and talked using slang language and threatening message they said that i will kill you, we will dance you bared if you didn't give the payment they have make a call in my noida office and abusing to my officers.they came to my house last time where my old mother and my pregnent daughter live with me and shouted with abusing.my daughter is in tensed from that time.I was really getting great service from ICICI bank for so many years, so never look for any other bank.
After doing so many transactions, if I am getting such harassing calls from your Phone Banking person, it's really frustrating.

It's really sad to write that today the things happened; it broke the faith of getting good service from such a great bank.
