[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit Card - Delay again and again | |||
I applied for a new ICICI Coral Card. I received the card after nearly 2 months and that too after a lot of complaints. After 5 days of receiving the card I get a message that the credit card statement has been mailed to me - the email ID used by ICICI Bank is incorrect. So far despite placing a request over 5 days back for linking the card to my card to my savings account, nothing has been done and their ususal excuse - system issue. I don't have access yet to the card online neither a credit card statement using which I can make a payment. Who will bear the charges for the delayed payment now? Their is always a system issue due to which I get delayed services every single time. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the customer care but i could not and so I am yet to receive the credit card statement. Dear worst service providing bank, please answer who will bear the charges for delayed payment due to issues at your end. Was this information helpful? | |||

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Invalid charges levied again and again
I hold 3 credit cards with ICICI Bank and have been levied unreasonable interest charges, processing fees and servic tax for no fault of mine. I complained about these charges to their call centre executives and paid my credit card dues after deduccting these invalid charges. These charges were subsequently reversed in the following statement but fresh interest and sevice tax was levied as I did not pay the full amount due as per last statement. Is it to say that I should have paid these invalid charges in my previous statement and then they would reverse the same in the subsequent statement. What if I have no furhter transaction in the subsequent statement. Would they refund the amoutn of charges that are reversed in the subsequent statement. The whole approach of charging customers these excesses seems to be stupid and highly irrational and illegal to me. Someone must take strong action against the credit card division of ICICI Bank. Dear sir,I have applied for a an Add on card to my son, now its more then a month why is it so delay. please confirm my mail or by sms both communication id plus mobile no is available with you.
When all other communication reaches to my address then why only credit card is not reaching
