[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card Division — IMMORAL HANDLING OF BANK / CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT -

I have 2 ICICI Bank Credit cards bearing No.4477XXXXXXXXXX09 (The Max Limit of Card is 78, 000/-) and an EMI Card bearing No.4477XXXXXXXXXX03 (with a limit of Rs 36, 000/-)
I have already offered for final settlement for both the cards and officials have agreed for giving the settlement for Rs.30, 000/- for the first card (since I am holding the card for more than 8 years and @ Rs.20, 000/- for the EMI Card.
Hence I am waiting for the settlement letter and not making any payments for the last 4 months.
I get messages (SMS) on my mobile stating that I have made a cash payments for the cards mentioned above. I received such messages on 05.09.2008 and also to-day. I do not know which culprit is playing against my card account.Offall, the credit card people joint together blocked my SB A/C without my knowledge / concurrence. Hence I request your goodself to go through this and find out the culprits and get me a solution from this card settlements as agreed and oblige.
