ICICI Bank Credit Card Division — not getting mails of indian railway refund since August 17, 2013.

Sir ! I had booked Indian railway ticket through my icici credit card and same was cancelled on August 17,2013. But till today I have neither received mail nor sms of icici credit card division. So kindly confirm the related division to do all the need fulls. Thanking you, Yours Faithfully, R.L.Bhila.
