[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Not reversing Charges after winning In Ombudsman

I am using icici bank credit card no [protected] since nov 2007 and on 11th march 2008 I swiped my card for Rs 20000 and called customer care on 13th march 2008 to convert the transaction into the emi and on customer care I was told that I would be charged 10% reducing rate of interest but when the charge was levied in the month of may 2008 then I found that they have charged me 18 % of reducing rate I shared around 100 e-mails with them and all the mails are with me in the record but nothing happened from there side then in the month of Oct 2008 I presented this case in Banking ombudsman and on 22nd Jan 2009 a meeting was organized by Banking Ombudsman between me and icici bank officials though I was absent in that meeting but the case was in my favour and they ordered icici bank to adjust all the extra interest which they charge from me into my loan balance account on 22nd jan 2009 but till yet they haven’t did anything and as a loyal customer I was paying them all the emis regular and after 1 year of winning the case also I paid all their dues well in advance and I paid the total amount due till Dec 2009 but from Jan 2010 I had stopped there payments because they were not reversing my charges and now daily I am receiving the calls from there side and they are harassing me to make the payments and they call me up and tell that should we sent the person for taking the payment but they don’t see that why I am defaulter I am defaulter because of them because they are not making the payment they are harassing thatswhy when there was no way to take my money back I stopped their payment. I hope so you will look into the case and help me in this regard. There are some webites below in which many of the customers and Icici bank employees have given there nos that even they are not getting there dues after being a employee of the company. Instead of Khayal apka the new slogan for icici bank should be gali gali me shor hai Icici Bank Chor Hai.
