[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — ICICI Bank Credit Card Final Settlement

Hi Team,

My name is Vijay Kumar and i had an ICICI Credit card with No: [protected]. In the year 2007 i have settled the card for 8000 out of which i paid the amount in 2 parts with in a span of a week. My 1st payment was for Rs. 1000 and my second payment was for Rs. 7000. After making the second payment i got my Settlement letter as well as the Receipt from that AAA agent.

The first payment was reflected in the statement where as the second payment for Rs. 7000 was not reflected in the statement. When i went to the Mount road brach in Chennai they told that the agency which took the money from me was closed and they will be looking into it. This case was handled by Rajya Lakshmi, Santosh, Satish and Sudharshan from that branch one after the other but they did not close the issue till now. Now a person called Murali and Manoj from Ambattur branch called me and were asking me to do a full and final settlement by 26th May 2011 for Rs. 5000. when i told the entire issue to them they told that, as the agency is closed we cant do anything now and i have to pay 5000 to settle the card. I am ready to pay the amount of Rs. 5000 also but I have no idea if they really belong to the bank or not. Can you please help me in what should i be doing to proceed further. Should i resettle the card or what should i do.

Hope you will be resolvong this issue as i have only 3 more days to go as per the new settlement letter.
