ICICI Bank Credit Card — ICICI bank issued a credit card without my knowledge and someone received it in my name.

Myself Sunil Dutta from Bangalore received a letter (ref No:[protected] from ICICI Bank on dated August 09, 2012 in my native address .That letter says that lien marked on your bank account towards unpaid outstanding dues. Against that I make a complain ( SR[protected]/08/2012) that I was not the person who received that card and not the person who applied it and who made those transaction too. ICICI bank assure me that they will do some investigation and let me know. But sir on September 28, 2012 I received another letter (Ref No: 92712/654011C) it says investigation has been completed and customer is liable to pay the amount. Again I am not happy with type of investigation bank did because they are not showed me the credit card delivery detail and transaction charge slip.

I have some question regarding this. Why Bank not showed me the Credit Card delivery detail? Why Bank not Showed me the transaction charge slip? How can courier service deliver it to some one else hand.

I'm surprised why suddenly ICICI bank credit card dept. active after four long years to send me the letter. In between I never received any letter or credit card statement even in my mail Id too. Dear Sir because of this I am going through lot of mental trauma. So please, I desperately need some help from you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Sir I am a genuine and loyal customer of ICICI bank. Once in 2006 I took a personal loan (LPDEL[protected]) and repaid that without any fail. I was holding a ICICI Bank credit card ([protected]) which does not have any outstanding.

Sir for your note I inform you that from 2006 November 16 to 2009 May 28 was in Mumbai and from 2009 to till date I am here in Bangalore.
