[Resolved] ICICI Bank Credit Card — Interest Charges/Overlimit Charges & Service Tax on it | |||
I am using your bank's coral credit card, this card has been debited with various charges (INTEREST CHARGES/Service Tax) on 10-Jan-12 & Over limit fee with Service Tax on 11-Jan-12. I have raised complaint on 12-Jan-12 & 14-Jan-12 twice & both the time ICICI Bank Customer care executive confirmed that these are wrongly debited to me & it is a system error, same will be corrected in 48 hours, but till now it was not corrected in my account. On 16'Jan I tried ICICI Bank customer care no. & waited for 30 min. to talk to customer care executive but call got disconnected. I am getting no responce on Customer Care No. I have face very embarrassing situation while I was using my card & vendor said my card transaction is declined with limit reason. I have paid Rs.1000/- & Rs.500/- against issuance of my Corel & Platinum Cards respectively & not expecting such blunders from ICICI Bank. Was this information helpful? | |||

DEAR SIRI AM K.A.SUBRAMANIAN MY CREDITCARD NO. 9401 XXXX XXXX 6000
YOU HAVE CHARGED INTEREST CHARGES (Rs.241.40)+ SERVICE TAX (Rs.29.84) WRONGLY IN YOUR STATEMENT DATED 18/08/2008. PL NOTE I ALWAYS PAY THE DUES WELL BEFORE THE DUE DATE. HENCE THIS SHOULD BE REVERSED.
