Dear All,

I am holding ICICI Bank credit card for past 4 years. In Feb 2011 I lost my credit card and I requested to block the card & reissue a new card.

Till today I have not received the new card, when I called the Call Center, they said Card undelivered due to some reason which I am not able to understand.

As I have not received the new card I was unable to make the payment due on time. I have received the credit card statement mentioned last 4 digits of the new card the late payment fees off course.

When I called your call center they said the new card will be issued only when you make the payment.

My query is, how should I make the payment when I have not received the card and I don’t remember the old card no.

I cannot make payment online or through cheque as /I don’t have the new card or the Card number.

Please help and get this matter sorted out ASAP.

Its too bad that a reputed private bank like ICICI BANK has such pathetic service. It is not the first time that this thing has happened.

Hi,

I am holding ICICI bank Credit Card. Everytime when i pay my bills , the amount get credited to the other Credit Card account which already been closed.

I wrote recuring mails to the ICICI Bank. They assure me, it would not happen again and the same transaction error happen everytime from them.

The Scene become worst when Telecaller from Mumbai give me call and talk scornfully to collect money.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using my ICICI credit card for the past 2yrs now and there was absolutely no problem at all, but in the month of November I make the payment by cheque but there was a problem in cheque so the cheque was returned and the interest for that also calculated. and just because of that my credit card was blocked. But after I have make the Amount Rs.12000.00 for the card to work again but it did not work even after 3 days. I am Prompt payer of Credit card payments. Kindly look into my past Records.I request you kindly r waive off the late payment fees of Rs.600 & the interest charges of Rs.2004.22.

I Again request you kindly look at this issue and help me in this regard.
