ICICI Bank Credit Card Recovery — harrasment from recovery dept

My name is Rahel Shaikh and I am pursued by ICICI bank for the credit card bill of century bank of Punjab.

I have used 16000 to 17000 on this card and I have made the payment of rs13000, but still the people of Icici recovery dept is giving calls and coming at home and asking me to pay rs 24, 844.16 as interest. YES I do know that I have use the credit card and not made the payment for 7 months but reason for it is I was not well for 6 month and suffering from the disease so I have to use my money in hospital and failed to pay the bill.



But when the recovery dept give call and abuse me that when you can’t make the payment why you use it and when you have use is that time you enjoyed with money.



I am ready to pay the amount which is 4000 + the interest rate for 10 months which is 4000 but they are not ready to take the amount and harassing me for the money also they have ceased my salary account for 24, 844 so I will not get the salary and I have to leave the job.



I request you to give me the solution for the same or else I do not find any option then suicide.
