[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Statements receiving without card

Dear Sir / Mam,

i had applied for ICICI Bank credit card in month of February 2013 and it was approved but as i was out of Mumbai for 15 days card was not delivered and it got returned to ICIC bank on 4th March 2013. once i came back i got icici bank statements showing outstanding balance 500 rs as annual fee then i called ICICI customer care they told me they will re-despatch it but till date i have not received my credit card but instead i m getting monthly statements with late fees added to it and now i have received the statement saying your card has been blocked due to non - payment and its showing outstanding of Rs. 1536.14/-.

this is really ridiculous how can they send statements without card has been actually delivered???? please help me to cancel the same.

ICICI Credit Card — late fees payment without statement

I am Abhay Kumar Verma, my credit card no. is [protected]. on my credit card acccount late fees of Rs.400 has been charged, without any statement. I didnt received the statement of May and now in the statement of june late has been charged
Sub: Excess Charges Debited in my Credit Card Statement for Card no. [protected]

Dear Sir,

This has reference to Credit Card Statement issued to me for the period from 30/11/2009 to 29/12/2009, in which showing Rs. 8012.14 outstanding on me.

I would like to inform you that EMI amount was settled for Rs. 1722/22 per month including all charges, but you have charged me Late payment fee, Interest & Service Tax etc form the day one. Further this is for your information that I have paid all the due installments (Except one) on time. So where is the question for Late Payment? If I had to pay for interest and so many other charges debited by you why should I buy it through Credit Card. I would have preferred Cash purchase. As per my records about Rs. 1144/- is due on my side.

Please waive the Charges & issue me the statement for Correct Amount about Rs. 1300/- otherwise I would be left with no any option other than to surrender the Credit Card and Never use any ICICI products in future.
