I am Vamsi, i had opened a Company named VATOR TECH in FEB-2008.... one of the executive from ICICI Bank came to my office on 26th Mar 2008 and introduced me for ICICI EDS Sweep Machine, we are pleased with the executive and gave all the required forms and documents and assress proffs for opening a ICICI EDS Account in which i paid 1000.00 as desposite charges. after a few days i recd courier from ICICI Bank saying Current account opened on the name of VATOR TECH.. balance is 1000/-
Then some verification team from ICICI Bank came and rejected my company id not eligible for EDS Sweep Machine. Then i forgot about the ICICI Bank and for some days i closed the firm and moved to other place.... after closing my office the account statements are flowing to my old office address saying

Transcation Charges for JAN[protected]
[protected]:Int.Coll:[protected] etc
and they say the current account balance is now - 12,723.59 Dr
I came from Andhra and visited my old office premissis and found the courier account statement
of ICICI Bank and shocked and cracked my head... that i need to pay the amount mentioned above..
I gave 1000.00 for opening account of EDS Sweep Machine account from ICICI and i thought i lost 1000.00
but now it says i need to pay 12,723.59 Dr.
I only knew that i had a current account on my company name........
I contacted ICICI Bank toll free and other no's
They finaaly said ur account is in CONTONMENT Branch and u need to visit the bank and
pay the balance amount and apply for closing the current account..

In the name of 3M TEAM. Earlier before our account getting started in your bank the concern person promise us that we will not charge any extra amount or any transaction charges for maintaining our corporate account as we are keeping your account in M to O 25 K account. As per the terms and condition of that account there will be no transaction charges will be charged extra. But suddenly on 18/10/08 our account statement shows that you have debited RS. 1685 as transaction charges. When we receive that statement we were really get shocked because the same thing were happened to us earlier. Before above mentioned account we were running our corporate account[protected] Variant Mid to order 25000/- . In that account also we had confronted with the same cheating.
Sir, we always look forward to your bank, a very leading customer oriented bank with a wide range of products, we have trust one of that product which seems match to our requirement. But only mistake we have done that we have not made any negative assumption about you and your services. This is the matter of intense hurt of of our emotions.
Sir, we are self employed people, we have a hard money, energy and time to spend. All this things are matters to us. We are not big corporate like you who are even get paid for forgery and cheating. We are very small customer of yours and this shocking and very hurting experience pressurizes us to put our sentiments before Banking Ombudsman in case if we won’t get the appropriate justice at your level.
