[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Customer Care Response | |||
I have deposited my cheque in ICICI bank on 18th April unfortunately it got bounced due to insufficient balance. Hence I visited nearest ICICI bank and they told me that it will posted to my home address but till 28th April I didn't received my cheque. For this I again visited to home branch after wasting some more time they advised me to call customer care but they also failed to solve my query. this is one of the most worst thing about ICICI bank. Because of bank mistakes we are suffering through these problem and big joke is that for this we have to call their customer their which are paid number not toll free. Whey RBI not taking action against ICICI to make their customer care number toll free. Why should we spent our money on customer care when there is bank mistakes. Last few years nobody raising voice against this worst thing. ICICI bank must have to provide toll free numbers for their customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
