[Resolved] ICICI Bank Customer Service — kept on hold for 25 minutes | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday, I have called ICICI Customer care service call center [protected], they kept me on hold for 25 min before connecting me to executive, i felt humiliating and waited too long time to get my problem resolved. During call IVR response was please wait for 4 minutes as we connect to our customer care executives but in actual it took 25 minutes. Please take the necessary action against them. I have been receiving calls from ICICI bank for the past one year asking whether I am Sindhu Joseph which i am NOT and i had to pay them or they will send people to my place and threaten me. I have been telling them over and over again and one fine day i busted out of anger told them @#$ off. Please take care of the crap as soon as possible.Naveen.
