I am the complainant and after my post in this blog, i got a few initial calls from Head Service Quality stating to look into this issue.
But unfortunately, now again they have started to delay the process. I expected i would have clarity on the process and the progress and status of my complaint.
but what maximum they say is "Your complaint has been taken and regiostered please wait for m ore xxx days." What hell i already am listening to this same thing since last 60+ days and stil they do not clarify me with the process and the exact investiagtions till date.
just ask me to wait for the verdict, i don t know on what basis they would giove a final decision when they are not ready to even listen to the customer at all and support them in such fraud cases.
It is fault in the service that the security can be comprimised. i would never recommend anybody to this service and shall promise to escalate this in proper channels now.
