i have a current account in icici bank as aankush telecom(mid no[protected]tid no[protected]a/c no[protected]...my edc machine not working for last six days.i have contact with the sales person but get no service..please repair the machine as soon as possible otherwise my business is hampered...my mob no is [protected]

I'm a merchant of icici bank Merchant Id[protected], Parswa jeweller.
Some days before on 15th march 2009 i'll swap a card of Rs52300 and sells ornaments.Next day ill checked my accout and shocked to see there no any amount credited.
I'll called at customer care and asked for the payment then officers replied me that there a amount of Rs51650 is debited from account txn dated:[protected] and the reason is chargeslip is not in clear form.
this TXN goes disputed in november month and ur officers came at my shop and received all supporting papers like customer signed chargeslip copy, Bill copy, card copy and the passport copy and December is the review date for decision of this payment.i'll wait in december and no any debit comes and the customer care confirms me that ur papers are received by my officers and updated it and all are clear, so i have not to worry.
and i'll give a regularly business to you.some days before i'll debited by Rs51650 and reqested them that if chargeslip is not in clear form u again received a copy of chargeslip and also a Original chargeslip and u see where is my fault, i[censored]r paper is in butter paper.
I give a request for re-open my case Req number SR[protected], but till dated no any action taken place.

This is to inform you that we had swipe the credit card for Rs. 33200/- on 21/04/2008 at 11:30 a.m for credit to our above said account. The details of transaction are given below:
a) CUSTOMER NAME: STANTLY.S b) MID: 50019001,
c) TID: 61023714 d) BATCH: 000186 e) CARD TYPE: MASTER CARD f) REF NUM:[protected]
We find that this amount has not been credited to our account for the whole year. the bank has have not informed us for above transaction. It is now past 16 months that the amounts have not been realized so far.

I have a current account in your bank as basho mobile (MID No[protected]TID no[protected] A/c no[protected], I had swiped customers credit card on 18th September 2008, amounting Rs: 98, 500. But it is still not credited in my account. I have submitted all the needful docs personally to your executive named Munna, his mobile number is [protected] on the 20th September. Please update the payment in my account as soon as possible as I have delivered goods to the customer.
