[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fixed Deposit not done | |||
I went to open a saving account in ICICI Bank, Sector - 7, Faridabad, Haryana and the account opening section offered me a plan of zero balance with a fixed deposit of Rs.125,000,00 so I signed all the forms and did all the formalities she told me, but it was shocking to know exactly at the time of maturity of the Fixed Deposit that there was no FD with my account. When I tried to contact the person she gave an explanation which is horrible - I did not submit my PAN Number at the time of opening the account. How could I know that the Pan Number is necessary if they will not told me but she said she tried to call me on my number but was not reachable but I they never text me or send me an Email in the period of one year. The more unexpected answer was from the branch manager - he said it was my mistake should have checked my account and call the bank why the money is not with drawn from my account and when I ask him to give me complaint form He refused to have any complaint form in the bank not only refused to have any complaint form but refused to have any such procedure to complaint. what some can do in such a situation except of leaving the bank.
