[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fuel Surcharge Not Refunded | |||
Sir/Madam I use my credit card (Credit Card No. 5239XXXXXXXX4003) on 06/06/2012 at HPCL petrol pump(AUTO CARE CENTER) for Rs 600(Total Deducted Rs. 615) on ICICI bank machine. As per rule petrol surcharge should be refunded when credit card is used at HPCL pump on ICICI Machine. But Uptil now i not get any amount refund to my account after 7 Days. I use my credit card (Credit Card No. 5239XXXXXXXX4015) on 02/05/2013 at HPCL petrol pump(AUTO CARE CENTER) for Rs 700(Total Deducted Rs. 719.67) on ICICI bank machine. As per rule petrol surcharge should be refunded when credit card is used at HPCL pump on ICICI Machine. But Uptil now i not get any amount refund to my account after 4 Days. Please refund my petrol surcharge (Rs 19.67) to my credit card as early as possible.

WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION BANK STARTED CHARGING SURCHARGE ON FUEL FILLING.THIS CREATES BAD IMPACT IN CUSTOMERS MIND AND I WILL STOP USING THIS CARD IF THESE CHARGES ARE NOT REVERSED.
