on[protected] we made an online transaction for purchase a 5gm goldcoin from ICICI bank on the occassion of Dhanteras. For that they have to send us an invoice and a 6- digit unique code so that we can get the delivery from the bank but they didn't sent it yet, now tell me how we can get the delivery on the occassions means they ruin our celebrations on this precious festival season. I don't know when they got trained with prefessional attitude i think they are following one philosophy that indian consumer is an illiterate person they dont know anything about the corporates. Means it is ridiculous. i just want to thak ICICI BANK for their very very very bad service. and at last i want to say that I'll never use ICICI bank service means ICICI bank sucks yar..... our curse with you ICICI Bank.
