With reference above delay in renewal of the above loan account no, you/your bank given to me Loan Recall notice in which there are no any reference of CUST ID. I would like to talk you with above reference, I have paid the all amount due on the loan account no[protected] and now you are forging the things to dilute my issue and make to justified you and your ICICI Bank act to liquidate the gold ornament of customer vide above reference by way of not certifying the quality of gold ornament "Its proved that you damaged our gold ornament quality". Also you are not issuing us the closer certificate "Its shows in future you will start harassing me", in the same way, such as you have forge a new customer ID (vide reference- 0616/21185/1-1/RETAIL/PAT_AAPOST/08-2013) when I will raised my issue on dated 24/08/2013 after giving you/your bank the final payment but you have sleep since 17/12/2013 and never informed me that sir you have taken two gold loan and I have created a customer ID and for your knowledge I will teat you in any manner while you will make the payment on CUST ID. With the all above fact brings you and your ICICI bank under doubts of your fair and transparent act. So you have to make the payment of my gold ornament under liquidated damage of my gold ornament for the period since I have made the payment under the gold account no[protected] and at the time when you will return my gold ornament with the certificate of quality of gold ornament which I was kept in your bank on the time taking of credit from your bank voice-versa vide ref JLLRN/P/558134/20683/[protected], you are making robbery with customer.
Please clear your stand immediately so that I can move to banking Ombudsman, Consumer Court, World Wide Web and in the media. As the RBI has given me in the writing that if bank fails to resolve your issue, you enclosed all issue and sent to banking Ombudsman RBI Patna. You have and have to come on first - certification of gold ornament, second-issuing gold account closer certificate, third- making of payment for liquidity damaged of our gold ornament and daring act done by your bank and bank officials.

Dear Sir.,
I have took the gold loan from the Raja Bazar Branch, Patna of ICICI Bank. On dated 23.08.2013, I have deposited the all loan amount and ask to your branch manager to issue me the loan closer letter. He has refused to issue me the loan closing letter stating that I will check the facility, than I have said to him please check it now than he said I will not go for checking right now than I have asked when. Afterwards your branch Manager start misbehaving me.
Now I coming to taking back of ornaments. your branch executive Mr. Kumar Manav. I asked them sir, in the acknowledgement your bank written that " This is to confirm that I, Mr/Ms ........................ have received the above mentioned gold ornaments after due verification and satisfaction of the quality and quantity. so how I will get satisfaction regarding the quality of our gold ornament which I have given during the periods of loan is same which I am going to receive now. He replied than sir please bring you your valuer for checking of quality. Then I have left gold ornaments with your branch.
Sir Now it is requested you that till 24/08/2013, if you are not satisfying/issuing/ redress me on the following issue mentioned below
1. Closing letter for the loan by your branch manager and pardoning for his misbehave with me.
2. My satisfaction on gold ornament by your bank regarding quality and quantity.
3. Delay in dispersal of my gold ornament will caused and liquidity damage on ICICI Bank and ICICI bank has to be compensated.
than I will raised my issue to higher level by questioning that shall RBI left the ICICI bank to do robbery with the consumer and why not RBI will suspend the ICICI bank credit facility.
So it is requested you to resolve my issue till 24.08.2013.
