AS I HAVE SETTLED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE THROUGH THEIR LETTER AND DULY PAID A COUPLE OF INSTALLMENTS BUT THE BANK IS AGAIN ASKING FOR THE FULL AMOUNT THROUGH THEIR COLLECTING AGENTS WHO COME TO THE HOUSE AND SHOUT AND MISBEHAVE WITH MY WIFE.

THIS AGENT HAS CHARGED service charge RS :50 EXTRA OF ALL AMOUNT PRINTED AS ON TICKET, I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS RULE OR HE HAS CHARGED JUST LIKE THAT.

ICICI — agent misbehave

sir i have a policy of amt 6000 half yearly and i deposit two time but still my policy is due so till time no any responce by policy agent that what i do pls advise me about the condition of policy can i pay the due amt and can i recover my policy .what is the process of company to restart the policy.
