[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Home Loan — Non return of Doc, Inappropriate reply,excess charge for prepayments

I have been complaining for more than half a year that I have not been replied properly.
1) Bifurcation of total payment made by me for prepayment of loan is not provided. Pl provide the amount & @ what rate viz. service tax, educational cess etc.
2)Original sale deed is not been returned
3)4 Nos. of PDCs not returned despite of written intimation within one month of closure( as per your email received) You ahd sent an email with attachment of scanned copy of cheque ( as per your claim) which was not compatible to get opened.
4)Action taken report of my written complaint dated lodged at ICICI, Sakar-II, Ahmedabad.

I haven't got satisfactorily reply of my previous emails dated , 24/04/2009 & 08/05/2009, 12 / 07/09 ,16,/09/09,23 / 09/09,29/11/09 are listed below.

Also I had lodged a complaint at your ahmedabad office located in sakar building, opp. Gandhigram in the month of march-2009 within one month of closure it has not been solved till date.

1) you have not processed my written complaint received by ICICI Home finanace, Sakar, Ahmedabad dated 18th March, 2009 for which I have to send more than 15 emails.

Please go through it & try to rectify it.

1) Original Sale deed & Agreement
2) search report
3) Downloadable Scan copy PDCs numbered 884626,27,28 & 884629.
4) Bifurcation of additional charges & service tax colleted by ICICI.
