[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI's Worst Netbanking & Poor ATM Networks

As usual ICICI Bank website was down other day when I tried to login. Everytime when I wanted to navigate from one-page to another the session gets time out. For God sake Do not tell me, "Sir, the page gets timed out i[censored]nattended fro some time", it can't be 5 seconds?? I'm a pro-internet & computer user. Hence it blocked my user ID.

Even today when I tried resetting my password online, the Unique number came on my mobile, but when I tried to enter on your reset screen, again session expired.. session expired.. session expired... I tried almost 15 times before giving up. Don't even tell me, "website may be under-maintenance", it can't be so all the time & that too during peak hours. Again when I tried, it said Unique ID is not generated yet, please follow Step-1. when I did so, it said "Can't generate again, wait for 4 days before trying again"

Trust me, I'm abusing your internet services from inside but not mentioning it here, you guys have frustrated me till that extend. And it will not stop here, I wish to take it to customer forums, so that the world is also made aware, the bank they consider as India's Largest Pvt Sector Bank has world's inferior internet technologies, I know this since I'd worked with you once upon a time.

Your NetBanking is Poor, very poor.

ICICI ATM's - Always out of cash or outdated vending machines. You'll always notice "Out of Order" boards at the Kandivali's Charkop ATM & Malad - Orlem's ATM. The refilling is not done on time, Yes, the security guard will tell you this.

ICICI Bank — Worst Service in the world

As I have been residing out of India for the last 1.5 yr, so I have to talk to the ICICI bank customer service at times in order to get certain things done. This has happened to me twice, at first I ignored it but now its becoming impossible to accept it anymore. Dont you think its a big question mark on the ability of ICICI bank, that they are not able to provide me last 6 months statement of my account ina pdf format.
There is no provision on their site through which I can download my statement in PDF format. Everytime when I call them they tell me that within 4 hrs I'll get that in my email. its been 1 week now, and I have called them 5 times. everytime they handover a request number to me to refer when I call them next time.
Inspite of showing them the urgency of the request, no body is there to listen to you. I even raised a grivience on the ICICI bank website, but till I have not received any response from anyone.

Is this what India's one of the largest bank stands for, that they are not even able to send an email to their Customer. Shame on ICICI bank

I thought ICICI was the one with decent customer service and business ethics in India and have been loyal to them for the last 5 years. Turns out they annoyed me with their impatient customer service and a crazy incident of all.
1. This was 10 days ago, that I called their customer care to get my phone number changed on my account. I had already followed the process of going to ATM and changing the phone number. It accepts and voila it works. But to add a payee, the system still sends the OTP to my old number. When I called, the customer care executive told me the process and I told him that I followed the process twice already. He asked me to do the same thing again. This guy won't even listen to my complaint completely. I wanted to say for three times that my otp for transactions come to new number but for adding payee otp is sent to old number. He won't listen. Fed up, I had to drop the call.
This is incident no. 2 that happened today.
I tried online recharge of my mobile twice and after entering grid number, the transaction didn't happen stating that there is authorization problem. After going out in the evening and shopping some groceries, my card didn't work. I tried nearest ATM and it said unauthorized access. On calling the customer care, they said my card is permanently deactivated. The reason being, I was delivered an international card for the same account two years back. So, I asked if that is active. Voila, it's not active too. So now I have to apply for another card and survive my 5 days without a penny in hand. So, I have one concern, how can a bank so un-empathetically deactivate one's card without notice? What if I was in a petrol bunk and made the tank full and I was relying on my card? What annoyed me even more is that, the customer care executive starts telling me that I have a special coral card offer on my account. So dear ICICI bank, this is your way of making people pay more. Deactivate someone's card and tell them they qualify to pay more fee on the new card. You just lost 5 year trust. Worst bank ever.
