[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Internet Banking Password — Delivered to wrong people three times continuously

I don't know what is wrong with this Express IT courier. They delivered my courier (Internet Banking Password) from ICICI Bank to wrong people though the address mentioned on the courier was correct. I am really astonished at this inefficient service. WHY ICICI BANK STILL KEEPS THESE KIND OF COURIER COMPANIES AS SERVICE PROVIDERS?
