Today when our beneficiary account holder Mr Indra Kumar Jha met the branch manager with all detail regarding the same he check all his record received a/c he answered that no such amount received our branch any account like beneficiary a/c, suspense a/c and reserve a/c, he also suggest that ask to ICICI Bank for give UTR No……….. and Beneficiary branch account no...( Like PNB Madhubani Br A/C No-251500). whom ICICI forwarded to said amount. Kind request to you pls. look this typical matter and process soon.

The actual account no is [protected] Mr. Indra Kumar Jha PNB Madhubani Branch, I am co-coordinating with ICICI helpline no and through online complain also SR[protected], but no one answering satisfactory. Yesterday beneficiary account holder met with PNB Branch manager Madhubani with RBI Ref. no but he told that we can’t do something only ICICIC bank can do something he also mention that we have not receive such amount. Now I am totally confuse that what should I do. Kind request to pls. see this matter. I am attaching transfer detail statement. Pls. suggest me what should I do next...
