I was pressurised by the bank(Phone banking) to get personal loan on my credit card. Now the bank claims that the loan was sanctioned to me on my own request. Eventhough I contacted the bank regarding the loan matter several times, it denies to accept it. It deducted money from my saving account itself without justice for several years. They harrassed me about the loan repayment. I replied them several time about loan repayment in written. Without cosidering my responst to their phone calling, the bank goes on their own policy. Now in the name of settlement they gives me certain suggestion. My Saving A/c. No. is[protected]. My loan A/c. No. is [protected].
