Respected Sir/Madam My account in ICICI Bank having Acc No.[protected] was having minimum quarterly balance norms .But in month of october i was charged for minimum monthly balance even though my average quarterly minimum balance was more than Rs.10000/-.I was not informed for change of status from MINIMUM QUARTERLY BALANCE TO MINIMUM MONTHLY BALANCE.Please look into this matter. ICICI Bank — Average Quarterly Balance
Dear AllThose who are having Quantam Optima facility provided by ICICI Bank, check this month statement. Bank had debited AQB fee of Rs 827 to those accounts, without considering the Quantan Optima Balance.
When I complained, they refunded the amount to me.

ICICI Bank — quarterly minimum balance
My brother holds an account with ICICI for which they increased the minimum quartely balance from 5000 to 10000 without intimating us and deducted 843 Rs as penalty. When contacted they say that they told us well in advance at the time of sending bank statements.
